Our display is 100% DIY — you can’t buy this in a store. Every element is hand-built right here by our family (and a few bribed friends). We source lights directly from China, 3D-print parts to mount them on EMT, and assemble each prop by hand. Every prop is then mapped inside a program called xLights, where the real magic happens.

Each light is individually programmed, with props assigned to specific ports and controllers. Every song takes up to 50 hours to choreograph so that every beat, shimmer, and sparkle matches perfectly to the music.

Today, our show features roughly 50,000 individual pixels and takes about two weeks to set up each year.
